Discover REO Town
Just south of downtown, REO Town is at the very core of automotive history
in Lansing. It is also the heart of revitalization efforts spurred on by
enthusiastic businesses and neighbors. The mission of REO Town is to promote
the commercial and cultural revitalization of the historic area known as
Reo Town. Funded by Local Initiatives Support Corporation, the City of Lansing,
corporate donors, and memberships, REO Town received 501(c)3 status in May
of 2003. Boundaries are Main St. to the North, Mount Hope to the South,
Cedar to the East, and Townsend/Todd on the West. Anyone interested in supporting
REO Town is encouraged to call for more information on joining or volunteering.
